If you want to cash a paypal .. make sure you have all of its information !!

such as the usual info and DOB / MMN / SSN

Then take the cc and know its bank account

Contact the bank by phone and know the balance of the bank account :P

if the paypal have no balance then fund it but before u do .. be sure of the paypal limit to be funded
