My premium silverspam account is hacked !

i newly activated my core impact license, and i was happy with my service

yesterday i was testing peneration on a range ip with my core impact
suddenly . i received an e-mail "Your Password Changed"
i tried to login and change pw . but it didn't work .

they hacked my lr account and everything else too.
and now my core impact license plus all the softwares that you registered for me

now please only give my access back to my account , you can see i m the real owner my registered e-mail & my ip when i registered

the person , who has access to the password , e-mail . and libertyreserve account that made payment for your membership . is the owner of account .

and we're not responsible for the your security loss .

but as i recently received request on license change on Psycho1 account .
i will review your account history . and will make decision . because its not only about your premium membership its also about the account , private messages etc..
